So I looked up the RCEWIFE plate and it belongs to the wife of Google executive Benjamin Sloss, a gift. He also gave her a yellow Ferrari FXX K supercar. It was indeed a blond lady driving.
The 0 0 fell down, they must be mounted behind that clear layer, but they can come loose apparently.

When I was on SVTPerformance he posted there and had a running thread on his cars. He was actually a super nice guy. Let people drive his cars, took them to shows for the kids, actually drives/races them, and for what he’s got was pretty humble.
